Sarah Brose

Sarah is a Mother, Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Inspired by the traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness and Earth-based practice, Sarah’s teaching is built upon insights which honour the inherent wisdom of the body and the interconnectedness of all Life. She believes deeply in a model of health and healing where each individual is an active participant in awakening their own power, presence and healing potential on their own unique journey towards wellness.

Sarah studied Yoga Therapy at Yoga Therapy Toronto with Ante and Felicia Pavlovic under the Krishnamacharya lineage. In addition to teaching Yoga Therapy in one-on-one, group, workshop and retreat settings, Sarah has specialized in working as a Birth Doula, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher with New Leaf Yoga Foundation and as a Yoga Therapist in the field of Addictions and Mental Health with Anishinawbe Health Toronto. 

Deeply humbled by the initiation of Motherhood, Sarah is particularly passionate about honouring, celebrating and reclaiming the Sacred Feminine. She will be offering monthly Women’s Circles in the Guelph area beginning this fall/winter 2022. 

Therapeutic Yoga

Join Sarah, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), for an 8-week series exploring the therapeutic principals of Yoga. Classes will offer tools to help release physical tension, restore joint mobility, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, regulate the nervous system and rebalance emotional and spiritual well-being. With an emphasis on “function” rather than “form,” students are invited to honour all levels of injury, illness and wellness.
