Together, Erin and Gina will take common yoga asanas down to the bare bones, to show how we can move from the bones, to bring about a stronger and more nuanced practice. This awareness can provide greater strength, length, and structural support for safer movement on and off the mat. The afternoon will include breathing practices, meditation, relaxation, refreshments, and plenty of inquiry in our movement.
