What to expect
The intention of this retreat is to give yourself time and space to recognize and honour the truth of impermanence. Change is not easy; it can be disruptive and challenging, and if it comes suddenly and unexpectedly it can have a disabling effect. And yet it’s a truth that allows us to move and transform.
With the support of the natural world reflecting the beauty and ripeness of fall, we will explore change and impermanence in the body, finding ways to experience grace within the midst of letting go. Yoga and qigong will be our primary practices, but there will also be time for walking, resting, and socializing.
What to bring
Pillows and blankets are provided but you will need to bring your own sheets and pillow-case. Also bring a towel, toiletries, mosquito repellent, outdoor wear, and yoga/meditation equipment (including a blanket) if you have them.
